These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HeyPico.ai service (“HeyPico,” “the Service,” or “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using HeyPico, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy located at https://heypico.ai/privacy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use HeyPico.ai.
1. Description of HeyPico
HeyPico.ai is an AI-powered personal assistant that helps automate tasks such as booking transport, managing schedules, comparing prices, and handling everyday tasks on behalf of users.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use HeyPico for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
(i) sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or transfer HeyPico or any part of it to third parties;
(ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on HeyPico;
(iii) use HeyPico to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
(iv) interfere with or disrupt the operation of HeyPico or its related networks; or
(v) use HeyPico in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Modifications to HeyPico
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue HeyPico (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. We may also introduce new features or limit access to certain features. You agree that we are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
5. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in HeyPico, including software, content, design, trademarks, and branding, are owned by HeyPico.ai or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or rights except for the limited license described in Section 2.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
HeyPico is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that HeyPico will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HeyPico.ai, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of HeyPico, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeyPico.ai, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using HeyPico, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. AI Limitations and Responsibilities
HeyPico uses AI to provide recommendations and perform tasks. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information and decisions. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content or actions.
11. Limited Hardware Warranty (HeyPico Android Device)
HeyPico.ai provides a limited warranty for the HeyPico Android Device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
Repair the Device at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts;
Replace the Device with a new or refurbished device; or
Refund the purchase price of the Device.
Exclusions: This limited warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, liquid contact, or unauthorized modifications;
Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches and dents, that does not affect the functionality of the Device;
Devices used with non-approved accessories or outside of the recommended environmental conditions.
Obtaining Service:
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@heypico.ai. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and return the Device to us for inspection.
12. Returns:
You may return the Device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:
The Device is in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging;
All accessories and documentation are included.
Return Process:
Contact support@heypico.ai to request a return authorization;
Ship the Device to the return address we provide, at your expense;
After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Devices that have been damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications;
Devices missing original packaging or accessories.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of HeyPico.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of HeyPico.ai.
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect. By continuing to use HeyPico after the revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using HeyPico
